Exactly how a YUL handover works

We track your flight in real time via its flight number. Thirty minutes before your expected landing, our driver leaves Brossard for the airport. When you arrive at the terminal, you text or call us at 450-300-6236 as soon as you have your luggage.

The default handover point is the short-term parking level of the main terminal, departures level for quick handovers or arrivals level for full handovers. Budget 10 to 15 minutes for the exchange: joint exterior inspection, walk-around of the vehicle, in-person pre-authorized security deposit on your credit card, and handover of keys and insurance card.

For private jets, we deliver directly to the private FBO hangars (Signature Flight Support, Skyservice). Share the tail number or FBO contact at booking. Handover happens on the tarmac, coordinated with your pilot or assistant.

A handover at Saint-Hubert Airport (YHU) is also available for a $50 CAD fee. It suits clients arriving by private aircraft on the south shore and avoids Champlain Bridge traffic.

Identity verification before you land

The only delay that can slow down an airport handover is the biometric identity check. We recommend completing it at least 24 hours before your flight lands.

As soon as you book, you receive a Stripe Identity link by email. Open it on your phone, photograph your driver license front and back, and take a selfie. The whole thing takes two minutes and works anywhere in the world as long as you have connectivity.

If you are traveling from abroad on a foreign license, contact us first at 450-300-6236 or by email. Licenses from several countries are accepted directly (United States, France, Switzerland, Belgium, United Kingdom, Australia), but certain licenses require a valid International Driving Permit (IDP). We confirm eligibility before your departure.
