When you arrive, a team member greets you at the office and shows you the reserved spot. You park your car, we keep the keys secure while you enjoy the rental vehicle, and we return them to you at the end after the final inspection.
The process is coordinated with the pickup and dropoff times you selected. No need to plan a taxi ride or ask someone to drive you.
